★★★★

30 James Street, formerly known as Albion House, was designed by Richard Norman Shaw and J. Francis Doyle. The iconic building was constructed between 1896 to 1898, and is located on the corner of James Street and The Strand, opposite the famous Pier Head.

Situated opposite the Albert Dock, 30 James Street overlooks the Three Graces, which comprises of the Royal Liver, the Cunard, and the Port of Liverpool buildings. Once the home of the ill-fated Titanic, 30 James Street is just 10 minutes' walk from Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station and 8 minutes' drive from the Anfield Stadium.

Converted into a hotel, this stunning building offers luxury bespoke rooms and suites. Many feature a double spa bath, stunning views over Liverpool, and 1900s glamour. Some also offer a 40-inch TV and kitchenettes.

At 30 James Street, guests can enjoy a 24-hour concierge service. The Carpathia Champagne Bar and Restaurant boasts a rooftop terrace, with panoramic views of the World Heritage Site.

Both the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University are within 2 miles of James Street. The Echo Arena and ACC Liverpool are just 10 minutes' walk away.
